I shared my referral code with a friend, but I haven’t received my points yet. Why?

If you shared your code with a friend but haven’t received your reward, it’s possible that your friend hasn’t completed their first device purchase yet or forgot to enter the referral code during checkout. Remember, your friend’s first order must include a Ploom device, either individually or as part of a special offer.

If you have opted in to marketing communications, you should receive an e-mail confirmation when your friend completes their first purchase.

Points will be automatically awarded once your friend successfully completes their first device purchase using your referral code.

If your friend has completed their purchase using your code but you still haven’t received your reward, please feel free to contact our Ploom Care team, who will be happy to assist you.
