How do Ploom Club membership levels work?

When you earn enough points to move up to a higher Ploom Club status level, your status will be updated immediately upon earning those points. If you reach a higher level during your first year of Ploom Club membership, you will retain it until the end of your second membership year.

If you have collected enough points within that calendar year to retain your higher membership level, it will remain unchanged until the end of the next calendar year. If you do not earn enough points within that year to retain your level, it will be adjusted to the membership level corresponding to the number of points you earned within that calendar year.

You can then continue earning points in various ways to increase your total balance and regain a higher membership level.
