How long does it take to charge my Ploom device?
Ploom AURA
It takes 180 minutes to fully charge a Ploom AURA device when the battery is completely empty. However, after just 90 minutes of charging, the device will have enough power for 15 sessions. You can monitor the battery status via the Ploom App.
Ploom X Advanced
It takes 90 minutes to fully charge a Ploom X Advanced device when the battery is completely empty. Once fully charged, you can use it up to 20 times.
You can check the LED indicator for battery level. The LED light will blink when the device needs charging. When there is only one session left, the lowest LED bar will blink, so you know it’s time to recharge your Ploom X Advanced.
