How to use Ploom AURA?

Getting started with Ploom AURA is simple. The Auto-On feature provides the most intuitive experience yet. Here’s how to start using your device:

1. Fully charge your device and remove the USB-C cable.

2. Pull the slider on the device to reveal the stick insertion slot. (Pulling the slider will also display the current battery level on the LED indicator.)

3. Insert a tobacco stick so that the colored line on the capsule is slightly visible above the opening. Once the stick is properly inserted, the LED indicator will turn off.

4. The device will automatically start heating.

You can also use your Ploom AURA device without the Auto-On feature. To manually start the device, follow these steps:

1. Press and hold the button area below the LED indicator for about one second.

2. A long vibration and LED blinking will signal that the device has started heating.

Ploom AURA heats for 25 seconds in all heating modes, except in the “Intense” mode, where the heating process lasts 30 seconds.
