Follow the link below and select your Ploom AURA device in one of the 4 colors. Membership in the Ploom Club grants you this benefit.
Select the device you are returning
After choosing your Ploom AURA device, mark your Ploom X device that you are returning and continue with the ordering process.
Delivery to your address
The Ploom AURA will be delivered to your desired address. Please remember to hand over your old device to the courier upon delivery of the new Ploom AURA.
Trade in your old device for the new Ploom AURA device
As a member of the Ploom Club, we offer you the opportunity to recycle your old device and enhance your ritual with the new generation of Ploom devices.

Members achieve a certain status based on the number of Points earned:
- Silver Level: 0 – 1,499 points
- Gold Level: 1,500 – 2,999 points
- Black Level: 3,000 points and above
