How can I clean my Ploom Device?

Ploom devices, combined with CleanSeal technology, provide a cleaner experience by preventing tobacco from entering the device’s heating chamber. However, a small amount of dust and residue can still accumulate inside the device over time, so we recommend cleaning your device once a month or whenever you notice that inserting a tobacco stick into the heating chamber becomes more difficult.

Check for residue after each pack of compatible tobacco sticks. Cleaning your Ploom device is very simple, and Ploom cleaning sticks are a convenient accessory to help you do this. Here’s how you can clean your device using Ploom cleaning sticks:

1. Remove the front panel from the device.

2. Lightly moisten the cleaning stick with water.

3. Pull the slider, insert the stick into the heating chamber, and gently wipe the interior surface. Pay special attention to the area around the slider and the two protrusions located just below the top edge of the heating chamber.

4. Remove any remaining moisture from the heating chamber and replace the front cover.

5. Start the device without inserting a tobacco stick and wait for the session to finish so that all moisture evaporates completely.
