Can my Ploom points expire?
Yes, Ploom points do expire and have a limited validity period.
When you earn Ploom points, they are valid for two calendar years. For example, if you earn points on June 15, 2025, you will be able to use them until December 31, 2026.
It’s a good idea to check whether any of your points are about to expire at the end of each calendar year and to review your membership level.
