I forgot my login details. What should I do?

Don’t worry! To reset your password, simply follow these steps:

1. On the login page, click on ‘Reset your password’ and enter your e-mail address or phone number. We will look up your Ploom account.

2. If you have a registered Ploom account, we will send you a password reset link. (If you don’t see our e-mail, please check your spam folder.)

3. Follow the instructions in the e-mail to set a new password.
