How do I remove the manual lock on my Ploom device?

You can deactivate the manual lock on your Ploom AURA device at any time:

1. Connect your Ploom AURA device to the charger.

2. Open and close the slider.

3. Press the button area twice.

4. Press and hold the button area again for 3 seconds. The device will vibrate, and the LED indicator will light up.

5. Leave the device. After 20 seconds, the device will vibrate again, and the LED indicator will start blinking.

6. That’s it! Manual lock has been successfully deactivated.

Note: If you reset your device, the device lock function will be automatically deactivated.

Ploom X Advanced

If you've locked Ploom X Advanced with a code and you'd like to remove it, don't worry, it's very simple. Here's how to remove the manual lock:

1. Connect Ploom X Advanced to power.

2. Open and close the slider, then press the button area until it vibrates.

3. The LED light will flash for 20 seconds. Don't touch your device while the light is flashing.

4. After 20 seconds, the device will vibrate, and the LED light will flash twice.

5. All done! You've completely removed the manual lock.
