Holiday Operating Hours for Ploom Zones, Customer Support, and Delivery Schedule
With the holiday season approaching, changes will apply to the operating hours of Ploom Experience Zones, which will operate according to an adjusted schedule on non-working days. To support timely planning, please find below all key information regarding the operating hours of our zones, customer support, and delivery services during the holiday period.
Online Order Deliveries During the Holidays
On Wednesday, December 31, deliveries will be available until 2:00 PM for all orders within the city of Belgrade.
From January 1 to January 4, 2026, deliveries will be suspended due to public holidays. Starting Monday, January 5, regular order intake and delivery services will resume across the entire territory of Serbia, in line with standard working hours and delivery timelines. On Christmas Eve, January 6, deliveries will be available only within Belgrade and will operate until 2:00 PM. No deliveries will take place on Wednesday, January 7, due to a public holiday. Regular delivery operations will fully resume as of January 8.
All orders placed during non-working days will be delivered after January 8, 2026.
Ploom Experience Zone Operating Hours
Shopping malls (Galerija, BEO, Ušće, Delta City, Ada Mall, BIG Fashion Belgrade, Stop Shop Borča, Forum Niš, BIG Fashion Promenada Novi Sad, Niš Delta Planet, BIG Fashion Kragujevac, BIG Novi Sad):
- December 31: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- January 1: Closed
- January 6: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- January 7: Closed
On all other days, Ploom Experience Zones will operate as usual from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
